    New Text Messaging System

    In August 2018 the Practice introduced a new text messaging system to remind patients of booked appointments. The new system enables patients to CANCEL appointments from their mobile phones. To date this has had a very positive impact on appointments reducing the number of patients who did not attend their appointment from 236 in July to 134 in August. This has enabled other patients to use these appointments and has reduced time wasted. A big THANK YOU to our patients for their continued support.
