We constantly strive to deliver the best possible care and attention to all our patients.
If you have any constructive ideas on how we might improve our service, or simply wish to comment, we would be pleased to hear from you.
If, on the other hand, you have any concerns, please write, email (michelle.carroll2@nhs.net), or make an appointment to see, our Practice Manager, Miss Michelle Carroll.
Alternatively, you can raise your concerns with the person with whom you feel most comfortable - eg doctor, nurse or receptionist. We do find that most concerns can be resolved easily and amicably.
Nonetheless, if you are not comfortable about approaching the practice direct, you have the right to contact NHS England and ask them to look into the matter. NHS England (www.england.nhs.uk) is responsible for the direct Commissioning of:
- GP Services
- Dental Services
- Community Pharmacy Services
- Optometry Services
- Health Visiting Services
- Screening Services
If you have any kind of concern, you may telephone 0300 311 2233 Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm, email: nhscommissioningboard@hscic.gov.uk or write to:
NHS Commissioning Board

You will be directed to a Customer Contact Centre who will deal with your concerns and agree actions to resolve them.
