Due to ongoing challenges with appointment availability and accessibility, we will be introducing Anima, our new online consultation system, as part of a move to total triage starting on 19 March.

This means all requests for appointments and advice will be reviewed first, helping us ensure patients are directed to the most appropriate care as quickly as possible. 

We will be sharing more details soon, including how to use Anima and what this change means for our patients.
